MEET THE TEAM
Denis founded the company after the success of DP Treacy carpentry in 2005. With 40 years experience in the trade Denis prides himself on his involvement within all aspects of the business, and has a consistent healthy relationship with our valued clients and also their design teams. Denis never takes a backward approach and runs the business with a 'can do' attitude.
Betty has been involved in the book keeping and document administration since 2005 but has taken a step back in the more recent years from accounts. Betty will always have an important role within the business behind the scenes.
Gerry has been contracting for Denis since the company started in 2005. He followed his brother and immigrated to London in the 90’s. Having worked on the tools for many years Gerry also has a wealth of knowledge of the industry in London and has many connections with skilled tradesman all over the city.
Andrew has worked with Denis for over 20 years, with a similar timber trades background. Andrew is responsible for the buying amongst other roles such as estimating and pre construction planning. Andrew also gets involved at client level with tender and live projects and works alongside our clients to share his expertise of the industry and advise solutions when required.
Commercial & Contracts
Niamh joined the company in 2017 after a few years in the industry working for Tier 1 contractors. Niamh is responsible for many aspects of the business on commercial and production fronts. Niamh carries the companies BM Trada maintenance and installation certification and also manages the businesses other certifications and audits such as ISO9001 & relevant safety bodies.
In 2015 Lawrence began contracting for DPT as a quantity surveyor, coming from an oak framing trade background in Northern Ireland with a degree from University of Ulster in Quantity Surveying. Lawrence manages multiple contracts and has strong working relationships with a lot of DPT's regular clients.
After completing a masters in project management at Sheffield Hallam university, Ivan began contracting for DPT in 2013. Ivan works on a number of contracts at a time for DPT and works alongside clients and suppliers to create drawings and schedules for live and tender projects.
Ben is responsible for ensuring that the services we provide are consistent, of high quality and most importantly compliant. All projects are audited on a weekly basis especially works which have fire certification requirements. Ben has had a good working relationship with DPT for the last 10 years, and has a background trade of high end carpentry & joinery.
Iveta joined the business part time in 2016, studying Sage on day release at Uxbridge college. Iveta is currently on maternity leave and will be returning in September 2019.
Geoff has worked with Denis & Andrew for too many years, and took over the management of the workshop in 2013. Geoff is involved in all projects and carries out production of all joinery elements which run through the workshop. Geoff is also responsible for a lot of our aftercare management.
Patrick joined DPT in 2018 as an apprentice in the workshop, working alongside Geoff, Paddy is involved in all of the joinery work which passes through. Patrick is also beginning to gain some site experience.
Paul joined the company in 2018. With an impressive working history within sub-contracting, Paul brought with him knowledge of other internal trades as well as carpentry and is proving to be a valuable addition to the team.
Mary has been working alongside Denis for since the founding of DPT, and ran the accounts for DP Treacy carpentry before DPT Ltd was established. Mary has been a crucial part of the business for many years and although she has chosen to remain involved only a part time basis she is still responsible for managing payments and accounts.
Adrianna joined DPT this year, after achieving her 1st class honours degree at Brunel university in finance & accounting. She is responsible for the day to day running of accounts, wages and is involved in many other financial aspects of the daily running of the business.
Gerard Joined the company in 2016 as an apprentice at Willesden college. He is currently doing Level 3 and will be finished in 2019. Gerard was based in the workshop for his first 2 years and now is out on site 1st & 2nd fixing.
Callum joined DPT in 2018 as a site based apprentice, on a scheme with Langley college.
