OUR SITE TEAMS
While our directors and management guide the business, it is our carpenters, supervisors and labourers on site who bring every project to life. Their skill, experience and commitment are what turn drawings and plans into high-quality finished spaces for our clients.
Their skill, experience and commitment to quality are the foundation of every project we deliver. All members of our site teams hold CSCS cards, ensuring they meet the recognised industry standards for competence and safety. Our site supervisors (“black hats”) hold a minimum of SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme), supporting strong leadership and safe working practices on every project.
Our operatives also undertake a range of additional training to maintain high standards across our work, including PASMA for mobile access towers, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height and Harness Training, Face Fit Testing for respiratory protection, and other relevant health and safety certifications where required.
Many of our operatives have worked with DPT for years, building trusted relationships with our clients and maintaining the high standards we are known for.
IN LOVING MEMORY

Betty Treacy was a founding director of DPT Ltd and a much-loved part of the business from its earliest days. Her support, kindness and belief in the company helped shape the culture and values that continue to guide DPT today.
Betty sadly passed away in January 2021 and is remembered with great affection by the DPT team. Her legacy remains an important part of our story.
