CRL approached DPT based on a reference from a successful confidential listed refurbishment that was completed in 2015. The scope of works was to remove the existing 1700's old door sets and bring them back to the workshop for refurbishment. No paint specifications or scope of works were issued by the client, so nitromorse paint stripper. DPT also carried out the repair of historic ironmongery by welding and installing new steel bearings to reinforce and improve performance of existing hinges without replacing them.
