This project was the conversion of vacant retail space just off the Hogarth roundabout in West London. St Edwards decided to convert the space into 9 high end residential apartments. Logistical challenges on the project involved working within a live residential area with noise, delivery and working hour restrictions. The contract order scope of works included recessed panel internal fire rated doors, secure by design surefire multipoint lock front entrance doors with panel details, bathroom joinery and all other second fix carpentry works.
