Jerram Falkus Construction were appointed by Be First, the regeneration company of the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham, to demolish recreate the original 1960s Sebastian Court estate buildings. The new homes include one, two, and three-bedroom and duplexes, with being wheelchair accessible.

​DPT provided a comprehensive service that included the supply and installation of fire doors, secure by design doorsets, kitchens, window boards, skirting, first fix framework, and other bathroom sanitaryware including bespoke vanity units.
