Whiting's Avenue was a project in Barking that was originally started shell & core by the Shaylor group, but taken over by McLaren. DPT's first project with McLaren in a few years, and last project secured by DPT in 2019. DPT's scope of works included all first & second fix carpentry work. The scope also included kitchens, bathroom joinery works and bespoke external timber clad metal benches. Bespoke front entrance door MR MDF fire retardant wall panelling was manufactured off site by DPT and fitted on site with button fixings.
