A new build laboratory for a high end client. DPT’s contract works consisted of first fix roofing and joist works, supply & install of all fire doors throughout the building, and some second fix work in changing areas. The air tightness requirements of this building meant that doors had to be installed exactly as specified and all undercuts had to be to zero tolerance to comply with the air flow calculations for the building.
