Built around a richly planted central courtyard and colonnade, Chimes is a stylish collection of 39 one- and two-bedroom apartments. The building takes the form of four quarters, designed to reflect Big Ben’s chime every quarter of an hour. DPT carried out the project for Pegasus Life, and worked under ISG Management. DPT's scope included the supply & install of all fire and non fire rated doors, bespoke wall panelling, bathroom joinery and metal ASSA ABLOY fire doors in the basement. Being in the heart of Westminster, on a busy Horseferry road logistics were particularly challenging, and all second fix was carried in a 'just in time' sequence.
