J Coffey were awarded the first phase of works at the hospital in 2021. This included constructing a new building to house a Porter's Lodge and workshop facility, as well as an electrical sub-station to upgrade the primary HV supply and increase capacity for the new Hospital Wing.
DPT was responsible for installing hospital grade pre-hung doorsets and ironmongery, as well as supplying and installing bespoke internal glazed screens, wall panelling, mirrors, and other carpentry ancillary works.
Despite the logistical challenges, we worked out of hours on many occasions, including weekends, to ensure minimal disruption to the hospital's operations.
