DPT Ltd played a key role in the transformation of Greycoat Stores, a standout Victorian warehouse reimagined by SPPARC architects into 79,000 sq ft of work, leisure, and retail space. This thoughtful regeneration celebrates the building’s original character while incorporating modern features, including updated office spaces and two new penthouse floors.
 

DPT Ltd supplied and installed bespoke joinery across the upper floors and staircore areas, including custom fire doors that were seamlessly integrated into slatted wall paneling. These fire doors required project-specific assessments to meet both safety and design standards.

DPT Ltd also completed the fit-out of the leisure space in the basement, ensuring a high-quality finish that complements the building’s modernized aesthetic.
