This 112 unit development along the Chelsea waterfront was awarded as a labour only project for DPT. The contract works included all first and second fix carpentry including vanity units, doors architraves and riser units. The project specified door sets were Premdor speedsets, which was a different approach to the traditional pre-hung doorset that is becoming more and more popular. Towards the end of this contract the fencing contractor had issues supplying the fencing. DPT were instructed to supply and install 104m of bespoke horizontal sapele fencing, 16 privacy screens and 4 specially made gates. DPT developed a manufacturing schedule from on site measurements and machined over 1700lm of rail and post in the workshop to then deliver to site. DPT were able to turn this bespoke element of works around in 6 weeks from instruction.
